Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days after you receive your order for eligible items.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and meet our return policy requirements. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees will also be deducted from your refund:

• $10–25 for standard shipping

• $25–40 for DHL shipping

After 7 days, we only accept returns for quality issues or sizing problems.
Return/exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
