To be honest, this is our first time creating men’s cosplay lingerie and although we have been working very hard on it, we know there are still many things that are not perfect yet. We have been learning and improving step by step based on real customer feedback.

For example, some customers have mentioned sizing differences, fabric or material expectations, longer pre-order production times, missing washing instructions, or sometimes a strong smell when the item is first opened due to factory packaging. These are real issues we have noticed as well, and our team is already working to improve them.

Our design team is adjusting sizing and materials, and we are updating product pages to include clearer washing instructions and product information. For items that may have a natural leather scent, we include a fragrant sachet in the packaging to enhance your unboxing experience. The sachet helps soften the scent and adds a subtle, fresh aroma. If you prefer, you can also air out the item before wearing—it usually helps the product feel fresh and ready to enjoy.

Regarding pre-order items, some pieces require longer production time because they are made after orders are placed. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, so we are working to improve production planning and communicate shipping timelines more clearly.

Most importantly, we want every customer to feel supported when shopping with us. If there are any issues such as size not fitting, missing items, product concerns, or questions about materials, please contact us and we will do our best to help. We always try to assist with returns, exchanges, replacements, or solutions whenever possible.
