1. Sizing & Fit
Q: How do I choose the correct size for cosplay bodysuits and lingerie?
A: Since bodysuits and lingerie need to hug your body curves, choosing the right size is essential. We provide a detailed size chart (including bust, waist, hips) on every product page. If you are between sizes or have a longer torso, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for wet-look PU leather or non-stretch lace items.
Q: Do your bodysuits have adjustable straps or closures?
A: Yes! Most of our cosplay bodysuits (such as our bunny girl and demon styles) feature adjustable halter straps, lace-up backs, or adjustable crotch buckles to ensure a flexible fit for different body shapes. Please check the specific product description for individual design details.
2. Privacy & Shipping
Q: Is the shipping package discreet?
A: 100% yes. We deeply respect your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked poly mailers or cardboard boxes with no mention of "lingerie," "sexy," or "cosplay" on the outside label. The return address and description are strictly neutral.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your country. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched, so you can follow its journey.
3. Product Quality & Care
Q: Are the animal accessories (ears and tails) detachable?
A: For maximum versatility, many of our accessory sets are separate from the main bodysuit. Plush animal ears are typically attached to lightweight, comfortable headbands. This allows you to mix and match or wear the bodysuit as standalone lingerie!
Q: How should I wash and care for my delicate cosplay items?
A: To keep your outfits looking perfect, we highly recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent.
- Faux Leather / PU: Wipe clean with a damp cloth; do not machine wash or iron.
- Lace: Hand wash gently and lay flat to dry. Never use bleach or tumble dryers, as high heat can damage the delicate fibers and elasticity.
4. Orders, Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange intimate apparel?
A: For hygienic and health reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, and intimate accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been worn or opened. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong size due to our mistake, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please email our support team within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
